Job Description:
Meck Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packing Operator to oversee packing operations in our pharmaceutical production facility at Sanand. This is a full-time position on rotational shifts, suitable for fresh graduates looking to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day packing activities on the production floor.
- Ensure products are packed according to SOPs and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the packing area.
- Monitor and manage packing material usage, minimizing wastage.
- Prepare and maintain accurate packing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments for smooth workflow.
- Lead, guide, and support packing workers during the shift.
- Report any operational or quality-related issues to the Production/QA team.
- Work effectively across rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) as per schedule.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical packing operations.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines is an added advantage (training will be provided).
