Job Description:
Meck Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Pvt Ltd is looking for fresh and dedicated ITI AOCP operators to join our production team at the Sanand plant. The role involves working in chemical production processes under strict quality and safety standards and includes rotational shift work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate chemical process equipment such as reactors, filters, centrifuges, and dryers.
- Monitor process parameters and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Handle raw materials and chemicals as per SOP and safety instructions.
- Record batch manufacturing data accurately in logbooks and BMRs.
- Follow GMP and safety guidelines strictly during production activities.
- Support in cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work area.
- Coordinate with maintenance, QA, and warehouse teams during operations.
- Work in rotational shifts and maintain discipline and productivity.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of chemical handling and processing.
- Understanding of safety practices in a chemical plant environment.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-based setup.
- Ability to work on different shifts (morning, evening, night).
- Good observation and record-keeping skills.
