Job Summary
The Store Supervisor will assist in managing day-to-day store operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. The role involves handling receipt, storage, and issuance of materials while ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines, SOPs, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving raw materials, packing materials.
- Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of materials.
- Coordinate with QC for sampling and material status updates.
- Maintain basic store documents such as GRN, issue slips, bin cards, and stock registers
- Support inventory control and physical stock verification.
- Update records in ERP / Excel / Tally as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of store areas as per GMP norms.
- Assist in handling material discrepancies, shortages, and returns.
- Support during internal audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with production and purchase teams for daily material requirements.
